Use and Employment of Vaginal Ovules

Before starting the application, it is extremely important to wash your hands, since, since you will be inserting the suppositories into the vagina, it is not recommended that they come into contact with bacteria or dirt at any time. These suppositories generally come packaged in special wrappers, which must be removed very carefully. Some of these wrappers, in fact, are specifically designed to also serve as an applicator, in which case, you simply place the suppository in the hole at the end of the package.

When inserting the suppository, it's important to adopt a comfortable position, sitting or lying down with your legs bent or semi-bent and spread apart to facilitate dilation. If the package doesn't have an applicator, use your fingers to insert the suppository as deeply as possible. Once inside the vagina, simply release the suppository and remove your fingers (in the case of the applicator, simply press the plunger to release the suppository and then remove the applicator). Remember to do this process as gently and calmly as possible, so as not to damage the intimate area or cause unnecessary discomfort.
