There is no need to clean, boil or use syringes, the trays are already pre-loaded with a clinically proven whitening gel that is completely safe for your teeth. 1. Brush your teeth gently before each use.
2. Make sure your hands are clean and dry.
3. Remove the pre-filled tray from the sealed package and place it immediately in your mouth . Make sure that the gel is in contact with the surface of your teeth. Upper and lower teeth can be whitened at the same time.
