How to use Uriage Biphasic Eye Make-up Remover Oil 100 ml
Shake well before each use to mix the 2 phases.
Place a cotton pad soaked in the lotion on each closed eye.
Gently pat the cotton pad on your eyelid for 10 seconds to fully dissolve the eye shadow, then gently run the cotton pad along your lashes without rubbing, from root to tip.
