Vitamin D3 4000 Ui is a food supplement that Plameca has formulated with the maximum amount of vitamin D allowed in Europe in the form that is best assimilated by our body (D3) and is also enriched with vitamin E for better conservation of vitamin D3 . In our body, only 10% of Vitamin D comes from food, so the remaining 90% should come from sunbathing and, failing that, from supplementation. In Spain, despite being a country with a large number of hours of sunshine per year, in recent years a growing deficiency of this vitamin has been detected, mainly due to limited sun exposure . It is common for people to go to work in the morning and leave practically at night, so the natural benefit of the sunlight we receive is minimal.
