What is Fortasec Flas?
It is an antidiarrheal medication that reduces intestinal movements and secretions , which produces a decrease in liquid stools .
It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute nonspecific (occasional) diarrhea in adults and children over 12 years of age.
From what age can you take Fortasec Flas?
Fortasec Flas is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age.
How to take Fortasec Flas?
- The recommended dose is: Adults 2 oral lyophilisates (4 mg) as an initial dose followed by 1 lyophilisate (2 mg) after each diarrheal stool.
- The maximum dose for adults is 8 lyophilized tablets (16 mg) per day. Children over 12 years of age 1 oral lyophilisate (2 mg) as an initial dose followed by 1 oral lyophilisate (2 mg) after each diarrheal stool.
