Optimal use of STERIMAR Sea Water Nasal Cleansing 100ml

1. On first use, perform a first spray to prime the device.
2. For hygiene and hydration of the nasal mucosa: with your head straight, place the nozzle in the nostril, spraying once or twice in each nostril and letting any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
3. For deeper nasal cleansing: Tilt your head to one side, insert the nozzle into your upper nostril and deliver a long spray of 2 to 3 seconds.
4. After each use, clean the mouthpiece with soap and water.
5. You can apply 2 to 6 times a day if necessary.
