It is a natural formula that is composed of, among other components:

• Sweet almond oil: It has a high skin tolerance and is ideal for sensitive skin . It is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fatty acids , such as oil and linoleic acid.
• Jojoba oil: This is an oily wax with a liquid texture , which is very similar to the protective barrier of human skin, capable of storing water for a long time. How to apply WELEDA Perineal Massage Oil 50ML

Its use is recommended from the 34th week of pregnancy.

Apply the oil daily by massaging the area for about 10 minutes.

Start the massage gradually. You will need a few days to familiarize yourself with the technique and the area. Normally, you will achieve the ideal massage after one or two weeks, but it depends on each woman's tolerance. It is important to remember that you should not go too deep, but rather massage and work the entry area.

1. Apply WELEDA Perineal Massage Oil to the outer lips and between the vagina and anus.
2. Massage the inner perineal area with the tip of your thumb. Massage the outer perineal area with your index and middle fingers, starting with gentle pressure and gradually increasing.
3. Perform the massage by making imaginary radii.
4. Insert your thumb further into the vagina. As you do so, exhale and stretch the tissue downward and outward toward the anus.

Note: There should be a feeling of tension and resistance but no discomfort.
