Loading phase: Take 4 g (1/4 scoop, up to the "five" line) five times a day with a large glass (200-250 ml) of water or juice. Take for seven days and move on to the maintenance phase.
Maintenance phase: 12 g/day (three doses).
It is recommended to take one of the doses after exercise regardless of the phase, and preferably with the main meals.
