Para uso diario facial, mínimo SPF 30 (idealmente SPF 50). Para exposición solar intensa, siempre SPF 50+.

¿El protector solar caduca?

Sí, los protectores solares tienen fecha de caducidad y también un PAO (periodo después de apertura), normalmente 12 meses. Pasado ese tiempo, la eficacia de los filtros puede reducirse significativamente.

¿Es necesario usar protector solar en invierno?

Sí, la radiación UV está presente todo el año, incluso en días nublados. En invierno la radiación es menor, pero la acumulación diaria contribuye al fotoenvejecimiento y la aparición de manchas.

¿Qué diferencia hay entre filtro químico y mineral?

Los filtros químicos absorben la radiación UV y la transforman en calor, mientras que los filtros minerales (óxido de zinc, dióxido de titanio) la reflejan como un escudo. Los minerales son mejor tolerados por pieles sensibles y reactivas.
