Orders are dispatched directly from the pharmacy under conditions that ensure the quality and integrity of the medicines during transport.

You are entitled to receive personalised pharmaceutical advice before, during and after purchasing any medicine. The pharmacist may contact you prior to supply if any circumstance arises that makes this advisable.
Service Hours and Availability
Orders placed outside opening hours will be processed on the next working day. Any closure periods or holidays will be announced in advance.
Returns Policy
In accordance with current regulations, medicines cannot be returned once dispensed and delivered, except in the following cases. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Medicines supplied in error or that do not correspond to the order placed.
Medicines damaged during transport.
Delivery time exceeding 50% of the established timeframe for reasons not attributable to the purchaser.
