• Spain InPost Pickup Point: €2.99 and free from €59.

• Spain Home Delivery 24–48h: €3.50 and free from €59.

• Balearic Islands (home delivery): €6.99 and free from €99.

• Balearic Islands Pickup Point: €4.99 and free from €79.

What are the international shipping costs?

Shipping costs for orders outside Spain are calculated based on weight.

How do we ship orders?

• Home deliveries to mainland Spain and Portugal take 1–3 working days from dispatch and are shipped via CTT. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days.

• You can choose InPost pickup point delivery. These deliveries take 72 hours from the moment we ship your order. Your package will be delivered to the pickup point you selected. InPost pickup points are part of the InPost network. Remember to select your pickup point to complete your order.

• Orders to the Balearic Islands have two options:

  • Home delivery via CTT: €6.99 and free from €99.

  • Pickup point: €4.99 and free from €79.

• International shipments to France, Italy, and Germany take 3–5 working days from dispatch and are shipped via Spring, UPS, or InPost.

• You can also pick up your order at our pharmacy in Torrelavega, Cantabria.

• We cannot make changes, modifications, or accept returns for orders that have already been created.

• Orders completed between 13:01 of the previous day and 13:00 of the current working day are processed the same day. Orders placed outside this timeframe are processed the next working day. Orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation.

• From Monday to Friday, you will receive your order before 19:00 on the next working day (except Balearic Islands). No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Orders placed after 13:01 on Friday, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays, are prepared on Monday and delivered before 19:00 the next working day (usually Tuesday, except Balearic Islands).

• The indicated delivery times are estimates. In case of stock issues or temporary unavailability, Farma2go.com will contact you to provide a new delivery date or cancel the order if necessary. Delays do not entitle the customer to any compensation.

• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays are processed the next working day according to the Torrelavega (Cantabria) work calendar.

• Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. We recommend grouping all your items into one order.

• We cannot combine two different orders; shipping costs apply separately to each one.

• We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

How can I return an item?

• If we made a mistake preparing your order, don’t worry: we cover all costs for pickup, exchange, and refund of incorrectly shipped or damaged items.

• If you made a mistake when ordering, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you want to return an item. In this case, return costs are your responsibility.

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after you — or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier — acquired physical possession of the last item.

Effects of withdrawal:

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Products must be in perfect condition, unopened, and undamaged. Once received and inspected, we will issue the refund and send you a confirmation email.

Please include a note in your package with:

• your full name

• your order number

• the items you wish to return

All items returned to our warehouse will be refunded within 7–15 days of receipt.

Return costs will be charged to the customer for packages not delivered after two delivery attempts or returned by InPost after 7 days without pickup, as well as the original shipping costs. Once received, Parafarma2go SL will refund the item amount and provide proof of delivery attempts.
