We dispatch all UK orders from our licensed pharmacy in Cantabria, Spain. Every order is reviewed by a qualified pharmacist prior to dispatch to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate product handling.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
Orders placed before 13:00 CET on Spanish working days are dispatched the same day. Dispatch operates Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays.

Flat rate: The £5.99 delivery charge applies to all UK orders regardless of weight or order value. Free delivery is not currently available for UK shipments.
Carriers: Orders are shipped via PostNL or GLS, with Royal Mail typically completing the final delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or factors outside our control.
Post-Brexit customs: All prices include VAT. Parcels may occasionally undergo customs checks, which can cause minor delays. No additional import duty is typically charged on health and beauty products valued under £135. For orders above this threshold, import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment methods
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments in GBP (£). The amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged — no currency conversion fees or foreign exchange adjustments apply.

Returns & refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to initiate a return: Contact our customer care team at info@farma2go.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted. Authorised returns must be sent to our pharmacy address in Spain — instructions will be provided by email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping: For change-of-mind cancellations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit on the return journey.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected by this policy.
Medicines & regulated products
As a licensed pharmacy, we are subject to strict pharmaceutical and hygiene regulations. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Products that cannot be returned once supplied:
- Prescription medicines (Rx)
- Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
- Opened or unsealed nutritional supplements
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
- Personalised or made-to-order items
Products that cannot be shipped to the United Kingdom:

- Veterinary prescription medicines
OTC medicines may be shipped to the UK subject to applicable MHRA guidance and individual product compliance. All orders are reviewed by a qualified pharmacist prior to dispatch.
