PARAFARMA2GO, S.L. informs users of this website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and customers that may be collected through browsing and use of this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Exercising your rights

Prohibited behaviour, Farma2Go code of conduct:

Certain behaviours are clearly prohibited, including but not limited to the following:

Pretending to be someone else or using a false identity, for example by choosing a false name.

Creating multiple accounts, for example to avoid being banned and/or to abuse promotional vouchers.

Crawling or scraping our website for personal or commercial purposes.

The rule is simple: anything that may harm Farma2Go is prohibited.

About user accounts:

Only one account per person. Any additional accounts will be blocked and the original account may be restricted.

Farma2Go uses artificial intelligence systems to detect abuse, which are verified by our technical team.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by fraudulent accounts or accounts that do not strictly comply with our code of conduct, without prior notice.

Warnings, breaches and bans:

If you do not behave in accordance with the code of conduct, we may, and will, take one or more of the following actions:

Issuing a warning about your behaviour that breaches the code of conduct.

Restricting your account, for example by moderating your orders.

Suspending your account temporarily or permanently.

As a general rule, you will be informed if we have had to cancel an order, send you a warning or suspend your account. If you have any questions, you can reply directly to that message and our support team will respond.

Please note that many different people work with us, and sometimes not everyone may share the same view on a particular decision. We try to make each of our decisions based on what we consider to be best in that specific case.

If you still do not agree with our decision, you can always contact us via our contact form to request a review of the decision.

The use of discount vouchers and promotions implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is not valid in countries where it is prohibited by law.

Farma2Go may cancel its offers at any time and for any reason.

One welcome promotional credit is offered per customer.
