About UK customs

The United Kingdom is outside the EU. Customs duties or import VAT may apply on delivery, paid directly to the courier. These charges are set by HMRC and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict their exact amount.

Important shipping information

The delivery times shown above count from when your order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment of purchase. Please factor in the dispatch and processing time before the courier picks up your order.

Dispatch time

Your order is prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days of purchase confirmation.

Order tracking

Once your order is prepared, you'll receive tracking details by email and follow the parcel end-to-end.

Working days

Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays (Torrelavega, Spain calendar).

One order = one shipment

We can't combine two separate orders. We recommend grouping all items into a single order.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and counted in working days. A delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to compensation. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage.


Issue with your delivery?

If your order arrived damaged, an item is missing or there was any incident during transport, please contact us as soon as possible.

⏱ Report the issue within 48 hours of receipt

To handle transport incidents (damage, loss, delivery errors), we need you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this window, carriers no longer accept claims and our ability to resolve them becomes very limited.

Write to contacto@farma2go.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the package and product.

This operational deadline does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

This limitation does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal, detailed below.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without justification, counted from the day you receive the product.

Undelivered or uncollected packages

The customer will be charged the return shipping costs for packages not delivered after 2 attempts by the courier, or returned by InPost/CTT after the collection deadline at the pickup point, as well as the original shipping costs. Once we receive the package back, we will refund the value of the items.


Products excluded from the right of return

Spanish pharmaceutical regulations (applicable to Farma2Go as a pharmacy based in Spain) expressly prohibit the return of certain products for reasons of safety, traceability and public health.

Human medicines (OTC)

Non-prescription medicines sold at a distance

In accordance with current legislation, the pharmacy cannot accept the return of medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer.

This restriction has a clear health reason: once the medicine leaves the pharmacy, it is not possible to guarantee it has been kept under suitable storage conditions. As the pharmacist is responsible for the safety of the medicine, regulations prohibit re-dispensing any returned product.

Applicable legal framework:

Art. 12 of Royal Decree 870/2013, of 8 November, regulating the distance sale to the public of human medicines not subject to medical prescription.

Art. 3.7 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2015, of 24 July (Law on guarantees and rational use of medicines).

Veterinary medicines

Medicines for animal use

In accordance with regulations on the distribution and dispensing of veterinary medicines, returns of these products are not generally accepted.

Returned medicines cannot be re-marketed and must be destroyed in accordance with waste disposal regulations.

Applicable legal framework:

Art. 28.11 of Royal Decree 666/2023, of 18 July, regulating the distribution, prescription, dispensing and use of veterinary medicines.

Exceptions: when we accept medicine returns

For both human and veterinary medicines, legislation allows the following exceptions:

The medicine has been supplied in error or does not match the order.
The product has been damaged in transit.
There is a quality defect alert or pharmacovigilance reason.
A product recall is required by an official health alert.

In all these cases, returned medicines are destined for destruction via waste management systems (SIGRE), never for resale.
