Alterpharma Bilastine 20 mg tablets are an oral antihistamine for once-daily allergy relief in adults and adolescents from 12 years, designed to ease symptoms such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy eyes and skin itch from urticaria without significant drowsiness in most people.

• Provides symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis (hay fever and year-round allergies), including sneezing, nasal itching, congestion and watery discharge.
• Reduces skin itch and wheals associated with urticaria (hives), supporting day-to-day comfort during flare-ups.
