Bisolgrip cold and flu sachets granules for oral solution are an over-the-counter medicine designed to relieve multiple cold and flu symptoms in adults and adolescents over 15, including headache, muscle pain, fever and nasal congestion.

• Paracetamol for relief of mild to moderate pain and to help reduce fever during colds and flu.
• Oral nasal decongestant to ease a blocked or stuffy nose and make breathing more comfortable.
• Antihistamine component that helps reduce runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes.
• Granules in single-dose sachets to dissolve in hot or cold water for an easy-to-take oral solution.
