Bonusan's Magnesan Forte Plus provides 150 mg of elemental magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate, which is easily absorbed.

It contains active vitamin B6, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, as well as important synergists such as glycine and taurine.

This supplement supports muscle energy, the nervous system, normal psychological function, and reduces fatigue. Magnesium is essential for over 300 enzymatic processes in the body.

Each tablet contains 150 mg of magnesium (as bisglycinate), 100 mg of L-Glycine, 100 mg of Taurine, and 0.90 mg of vitamin B6.

The ingredients include magnesium bisglycinate, a carrier agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids), taurine, glycine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin, hydroxypropyl cellulose).

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets per day during or immediately after meals. It does not contain corn, yeast, added sucrose, preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavors.
