Diarfin Loperamide 2mg capsules for acute diarrhoea are an over-the-counter medicine from Cinfa designed to reduce the frequency and urgency of loose stools in adults and adolescents from 12 years. Each hard capsule contains 2mg loperamide hydrochloride to slow gut movement and support more formed bowel movements.
