Divas Test Dfv L+E+A 20 pcs The Divas Dfv L+E+A Test is an immunochromatographic kit for the quick detection of antibodies against Leishmania, Ehrlichia canis, and Anaplasma platys in dogs, providing accurate results in just 10 minutes and facilitating early detection of these canine infections. This assay is performed using capillary blood, blood with anticoagulant (citrate, EDTA, or heparin), serum (preferred), or plasma; the kit includes a test cassette, a capillary tube, a sample buffer vial, and desiccant, allowing for clear result interpretation (bands for Leishmania, Ehrlichia/Anaplasma, and control). The product is stored at room temperature (between 2 and 25 °C), does not require refrigeration or freezing, and, when properly stored, remains stable until the indicated expiration date. Usage Method Open the pouch when performing the test and place the cassette on a flat surface; drop 1 drop (20 µl) of sample into the S well using the capillary tube, add the entire sample buffer to the well, and read the result exactly at 10 minutes. Precautions Do not use samples with clots or heavily hemolyzed; if the control band (C) does not appear, the result is invalid and the test must be repeated with a new cassette; store between 2 and 25 °C, do not freeze, and keep out of light and moisture to ensure stability.
