COLLMAR Marine Collagen and Turmeric 300 g lemon flavor, is a powdered dietary supplement based on hydrolyzed marine collagen (Type I, very low molecular weight) 9781 mg, magnesium carbonate (magnesium 40%) 937 mg, dry turmeric extract (Curcuma longa Vahl. with 6.25 mg/g of soluble curcumin) 100 mg, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 82 mg, hyaluronic acid 30 mg, and natural lemon flavor;

It is formulated to contribute to the proper functioning of cartilage, bones, and skin and to optimize protein synthesis and muscle mass, providing highly tolerable marine collagen, magnesium, and vitamin C.

Directions for use:

Take 11 g per day dissolved in a glass of water or juice (other sources indicate 11.5 g equivalent to two measuring scoops per day).
