You have a travel crate at home, but do you know you shouldn’t place it on the seat secured only with the seatbelt? We know that it DOES NOT work. In an accident, the dog will smash through the travel crate as if it were made of paper. We have been working on developing a device that solves this problem. The new model of the Dog Restraint System SRC ensures proper fixation of the crate in the rear seats, preventing your pet from being propelled forward in case of an accident.

PROTECTION FOR YOUR PET

It is designed to absorb and divert impact energy, preventing serious injuries. It features energy absorption points that help cushion the effects of a violent deceleration.

PATENT

This product is patented and has been tested in the laboratory based on European standard ECER44/04. A 12kg dog dummy was used for testing. The product has been designed, developed, and tested by specialists.

3D MESH SPACER FABRIC

The mesh allows proper ventilation and is reinforced with cross straps to provide effective retention.

CONNECTION HARNESSES

The device secures to both Isofix anchors and a third rear point called Top Tether. Additionally, it has a front anchoring point to prevent backward movement after impact and to keep it in position in the event of a rollover accident.

ADJUSTABLE STRAPS

The device fits crates with a length from 45 to 56 cm. The anchoring straps allow installation in vehicles of various sizes.

BUCKLES

The adjustment and tensioning of the straps are done using quick-release tactical buckles and push buckles.

IDENTIFICATION

The top features a cardholder for a QR code and several phone numbers of people who can take care of your pet in case of an accident.

FRONT POCKET

The front contains a space to keep your pet’s belongings.

Is this device approved and legal to use?

Currently, there are no regulations for homologating restraint systems for transporting dogs in cars, so no device can be officially approved. By using the SRC, you are complying with the General Traffic Regulations and thus adhere to the law.

Has this device passed crash tests?

Yes, it has been tested in crash testing trials at the Zaragoza University impact laboratory.

Can it be installed in all cars?

It can be installed in cars that have Isofix and Top Tether anchors. If your car is over 10 years old, it may not have them.

What size of dog is it suitable for?

It is suitable for dogs ranging from the size of a Chihuahua to that of a French Bulldog approximately. The maximum crate length is 56 cm.

What is the maximum weight it can accommodate?

The dog’s weight should not exceed 12 kg.
