Mucosan Paediatric 3 mg/ml Cough Syrup is an ambroxol-based mucolytic for children, designed to thin thick mucus and make a chesty, phlegmy cough easier to clear during mild colds or bronchitis. The oral syrup format allows dosing to be adjusted according to the child’s age or weight as directed in the leaflet.

• Supports the breakdown of thick bronchial mucus so it can be coughed up more easily.
• Contains ambroxol hydrochloride, a mucolytic that reduces mucus viscosity in the airways.
• Used for productive (chesty) cough associated with colds and mild acute respiratory infections in children.
• Oral syrup that can be measured accurately using the supplied dosing device, following the leaflet instructions.
