Pestigon Dogs 67 mg is an external spot-on from Laboratorios Karizoo designed for small dogs (2–10 kg). Each pipette contains 67 mg of fipronil and is applied to 1–2 spots along the back; it provides protection against fleas (immediate and persistent effect up to 8 weeks) and offers efficacy against different ticks for variable durations (up to 2 weeks for Ixodes, up to 3 weeks for Rhipicephalus, and up to 4 weeks for Dermacentor). It is useful as part of the treatment for Flea Bite Dermatitis (FBD) if advised by a veterinarian.
A simple step: apply to an area where the dog cannot lick itself and prevent treated animals from licking each other. Do not use on puppies under 8 weeks of age or dogs weighing less than 2 kg, nor on cats; do not apply on wounds or on sick animals. Wash your hands after application, avoid contact with eyes, and always follow the instructions on the leaflet or your veterinarian’s guidance.
