Karizoo Pestigon Perros 134 mg (box of 4 pipettes) is an antiparasitic spot-on for dogs weighing 10–20 kg, containing 134 mg of fipronil per pipette. It acts quickly against fleas (providing protection from new adult flea infestations for up to 8 weeks) and offers variable acaricidal efficacy: Ixodes ricinus up to 2 weeks, Rhipicephalus sanguineus up to 3 weeks, and Dermacentor reticulatus up to 4 weeks; if ticks of these species are already present at the time of application, it may take up to a week to eliminate them completely.
To apply, part the hair along the dorsal line and distribute the contents from the area of the shoulder blades to the middle of the back, using 1 pipette per dog weighing 10–20 kg; ensure the animal cannot lick the applied area and that animals do not lick each other after treatment. Do not use in dogs under 10 kg, puppies under 8 weeks (due to lack of data), in sick or convalescent animals, nor in cats or animals hypersensitive to the active substance or excipients; always consult a veterinarian if in doubt.
