What is Propalcof?
Propalcof Syrup is a temporary treatment with dextromethorphan for unproductive forms of cough , caused by minor irritations of the throat or bronchi, as in the case of the common cold, or other type of respiratory tract irritation.
How to take Propalcof ?
Over 12 years: 5ml (1 measuring spoon) every 4 hours or 10 ml (2 measuring spoons) every 6-8 hours. Do not exceed the dose of 120 mg/day (8 measuring spoons).
Children from 6 to 12 years: 2.5 ml (half a measuring spoon) every 4 hours or 5ml (1 measuring spoon) every 6-8 hours. Do not exceed the dose of 60 mg/day (4 measuring spoons).
Do not exceed 6 daily doses.
Who is Propalcof indicated for ?
For adults and children over 6 years of age who seek to relieve cough caused by minor throat or bronchial irritations.
