Paracetamol is effective in reducing pain and fever. It is indicated in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age for the symptomatic relief of occasional mild or moderate pain, such as headache, dental, muscle pain (contractures) or back pain (lumbago), as well as in febrile states.
You should consult a doctor if fever worsens or persists after 3 days of treatment or pain for 5 days.
