Virbac Sac Effipro Duo Spot On Large Dog (20–40 kg) is an external antiparasitic in a box of 4 pipettes of 2.68 ml designed to protect your dog against fleas and ticks. It combines fipronil and pyriproxyfen to eliminate fleas and ticks by contact and also to prevent flea eggs from developing for up to 12 weeks; its action against adult fleas can last several weeks, and its effectiveness against ticks varies depending on the species.
It is easily applied by parting the hair until the skin is visible and depositing the contents in 2–4 spots along the back (for dogs 20–40 kg, use the 2.68 ml pipette and, if necessary, distribute across 3–4 locations), with the skin dry and without bathing the animal for 48 hours afterward. Not to be used on puppies younger than 10 weeks or under 2 kg, on sick animals, nor on cats or rabbits; avoid contact until the area is dry, and follow the precautions in the package leaflet against skin reactions or accidental ingestion.
