Virbac's Effipro pipettes are an effective treatment against flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.) and ticks (Dermacentor reticulatus) in cats. Its active ingredient, fipronil, acts as an insecticide and acaricide, affecting the nervous system of the parasites and causing their death. This product provides both treatment and prevention effects, being effective against fleas for 4 weeks and ticks for up to 2 weeks.

The application is comfortable and simple, ideal for the monthly care of your cat. It is recommended to apply one pipette per month, ensuring it is placed on the skin for better absorption. Additionally, the pipettes can be used to help in the treatment of allergic dermatitis caused by flea bites, always under veterinary supervision.

It is important not to use on cats younger than 2 months or with preexisting illnesses.
