It contains fipronil and permethrin (26.8 mg of fipronil and 240 mg of permethrin per pipette; active ingredients: fipronil 61 mg/ml, permethrin 545 mg/ml) and eliminates fleas within 24 hours, while ticks may require up to a week; additionally, it has a repellent effect against sandflies and mosquitoes, which is useful in areas endemic for leishmaniasis. Application is straightforward and convenient: each pipette is designed to last for one month, and it is recommended to apply the contents at two points along the dog’s back for dogs under 20 kg (2 points), or at 2-4 points for larger dogs; avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, and treat all animals in the household if applicable. Directions for Use Remove the pipette from the blister, hold it upright, break the tip, and deposit the contents directly onto the skin at two points along the back (for dogs weighing 1.5–4 kg, apply in two points). Repeat every 4 weeks as needed, following the minimum recommended dose of 6.7 mg of fipronil/kg and 60 mg of permethrin/kg. Precautions Do not use in cats, rabbits, sick or convalescent dogs, or animals under 12 weeks of age or weighing less than 1.5 kg; it may cause local skin reactions, hyperactivity, vomiting, or hypersalivation if licked; keep out of reach of children, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, wash hands after use, and prevent treated animals from coming into contact with cats until the area is dry; do not contaminate water sources, and avoid bathing the animal in watercourses for 48 hours after treatment.
