Its active ingredient, nitenpiram 11.4 mg, acts very quickly: it begins eliminating adult fleas in approximately 1 hour and, according to sources, eradicates 99% of fleas within 4 hours — ideal when you need an immediate solution and want to see your pet more comfortable as soon as possible.
It is administered orally: 1 tablet per animal weighing 1 to 11 kg; do not use in animals less than 4 weeks old or weighing less than 1 kg. The dose can be mixed with food to facilitate administration, and if the infestation is severe, it can be repeated daily or every other day until controlled (no more than one tablet per day). Keep in mind that after administration, the animal may scratch more during the first hour; it is suitable even during pregnancy and lactation, but it is not a preventive treatment for reinfestation. Therefore, it is advisable to combine it with measures that target eggs and larvae if you want to prevent fleas from reappearing.
